The Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) is responsible for providing day-to-day installation management and
support services to the Headquarters, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and other
Corps activities located in the National Capital Region.

Rebranding
HECSA has joined the effort to rebrand its Web presence into a consistent look and feel across
all Army Corps of Engineers sites. You can easily see the new branding but you can also easily find
all your favorite pages. There have been no changes to the structure of the site so all your bookmarks
will still work.
The left-hand vertical menu is now horizontal across the top, just under the new banner. The Search
function is also now located in the horizontal menu.
