The HECSA Contracting Office provides acquisition policy, planning and program execution for HECSA, HQUSACE, SERDP, 249th Engineer Battalion, and tenants at Humphreys Engineer Center (HEC).   Provides similar but limited support to non-USACE HEC tenants.  Additionally, performs Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU) activities.

Contracting is where you can find contracting opportunities for large acquisitions (over $100K) for Research and Development, Information Technology, Service, and Supply type contracts.  Information for obtaining a Commercial and Governmental Entity (CAGE) Code, Dun & Bradstreet Number, and access for online registration with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR)

Simplified Acquisition Opportunities processes procurement actions under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures which includes supply and service type contracts between $2,500 and $100,000.  It also issues orders under other agencies' IDIQ type contracts.  We support our customers as the Agency/Organization Program Coordinator for the Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card Program (Purchase Card).  This is to include training, set up of accounts, and an active list of current cardholders.
